Today was chest, got bad news then good news and more bad news. So last night I decided to up prami to .5 e3d. MISTAKE!!!! Woke up drenched in sweat and puked 4 times within the hour. Still tried to keep diet in check although only been through about a gallon of water. The good news is strength is through the fkn roof!! Details below. More bad news, since I jumped straight into heavy, my tendons are terribly inflamed. I'm gonna hit legs only tomorrow and take sat/sun off to let tendons heal a bit. Hopefully I didn't do to much damage.
