10PM PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim
12AM: 4 oz chik breast, 5 oz sweet tato, broccoli

NOTES:
I'm lovin' the giant sets. I have to go to the gym a little later than usual when it's not as crowded, otherwise it screws me all up, but I'm in and out in like 30 min, and it's a great cardio workout too.
I was really dragging today. Just physically exhausted; I don't know why. I've also been a lot hungrier between meals it seems....maybe because of the longer cardio.
Using some new supps....YES pre-cardio and pre-bed. I love this stuff already. I sweat like crazy during my cardio now, and I usually hardly ever sweat. Why do I like that? I dunno. I also started using Sesapure, so we'll see how I like that. And I got new protein...the VPX zero carb in Grahm Cracker. I thought it was too sweet, but when I cut it with a little vanilla, it's great!
