FOOD:

1PM: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

4PM: 2 tbsp anpb

6PM: 2 tbsp anpb

8:30: spinach leaves, can chik, 3 big strawberries, handful bb, 10 crackers

11PM PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

1ish: 6 oz chik, 5 oz sweet tato, veggies


WEIGHTS:

3 giant sets:

step ups w/db: 20x8, 20x8, 20x8

stiff leg deads: 135x8, 135x6, 135x6

walking lunges: 20x8, 20x8, 20x8

ATF squats: 95x8, 95x6, 95x6

leg curls: 85x8, 85x8, 85x8

leg extensions (toes in): 70x8, 85x8, 85x8

CARDIO:
on empty
50 min speed: 4.0, incline 15%


Downed my shake at the gym then did back...

WEIGHTS:

3 Giant sets: (had to improvise a little because it was so crowded)

6 TUT on all...

stiff arm pull-downs:40x8

seated cable rows (wide grip): 85x8, 100x8, 100x8

seated db shrugs: 30x8

chin ups: no assist x5, 40lb assist x6, 70lb assistx6

3 sets of hypers (not part of Giant): 10lb plate, 25lb plate, 10lb plate

ABS: 5 supersets scissors and bicycles: 30 sec each


FOOD:

1PM: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

3:30: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

6:30: spinach leaves, can chik, handful bb, 2 strawberries, 10 crackers

9:00: 7 oz filet mignon, 6 oz sweet tato, green veggies

11:30: 1.5 oz almonds

1:30: 1.5 oz cashews

AM CARDIO:

on empty..
50 min 4.0 speed, 15% incline


FOOD:

12:30: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

2:30: 1.5 oz almonds

5:00: 1.5 oz cashews

7:00: spinach leaves, can chik breast, 4 strawberries, handful bb, few crackers

10PM PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

12AM: 4 oz chik breast, 5 oz sweet tato, broccoli


WEIGHTS:

6 TUT on all
3 Giant sets of:

Dips: 40lb assist x 6, no assist x 6, no assist x 8

incline flys: 20x8, 30x8, 30x6

incline db press: 30x8, 35x6, 35x4 (failure REALLY set in)

high cable xovers: 30x8, 35x8, 30x8

low cable xovers: 30x8, 30x8, 25x6


NOTES:


I'm lovin' the giant sets. I have to go to the gym a little later than usual when it's not as crowded, otherwise it screws me all up, but I'm in and out in like 30 min, and it's a great cardio workout too.

I was really dragging today. Just physically exhausted; I don't know why. I've also been a lot hungrier between meals it seems....maybe because of the longer cardio.

Using some new supps....YES pre-cardio and pre-bed. I love this stuff already. I sweat like crazy during my cardio now, and I usually hardly ever sweat. Why do I like that? I dunno. I also started using Sesapure, so we'll see how I like that. And I got new protein...the VPX zero carb in Grahm Cracker. I thought it was too sweet, but when I cut it with a little vanilla, it's great!

No! Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to make a point to do that. What a difference it makes when some of that tension in your body is released. I had a KILLER massage when I was away at the beach. The MT was awesome and very strong. She hit all of these pressure points in my shoulder blades that caused some very weird reactions in my body, but I felt GREAT afterwards. I wish I could find someone like her here.

12:30: 6 oz chik breast, 5 oz sweet tato, green beans


WEIGHTS:

6 TUT on all

3 Giant Sets:

machine press: 40x8, 50x8, 60x8

side laterals: 12.5x8

upright cable rows: 40x8, 50x8, 60x8

incline front laterals: 10x8, 12.5x6, 10x8

rear laterals: 10x6, 7.5x8, 7.5x8

Abs: incline situps: 3 sets of 12

hanging leg raises: 3 sets of 12
