I've been on the peanuts lately, just because I haven't made it to Costco in awhile. They have the best deal on whole, raw cashews.
 
*6/26/07*

AM CARDIO:

40 min. 4.0 speed, 6% incline
stopped because I had to pee :) I usually can't make it past 30 min.


FOOD:

12PM: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

2:30: 1.5 oz peanuts

5PM: 1.5 oz peanuts

7:30: spinach leaves, can chicken, 10 crackers, handful bb, 3 MONSTER strawberries :chomp:

10PM PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

12AM: 6 oz chik breast, 5 oz red potato, broccoli


PM WEIGHTS:

4 sets of everything..
6 TUT on all.....

weight assisted chins: 70lb assistx8

stiff arm pull-downs: 40x6

seated db shrugs: 30x8

reverse pec deck: 40x8

seated cable rows: 70x8

ABS: superset of bicycles and scissors, 5 sets/ 30 sec each

Everything is good! :) Sooooooooooo happy I decided to take the rest of the summer off from school.

Off to watch this new show "Fight Girls" on Oxygen. Has anyone seen it? It's pretty neat, and most of the girls have pretty hard core bodies.

Hmmmmm :( I've never seen them at our Costco since thats where I was going for chicken all the time... I did find them for $3.99/lb though and I didn't think that was all too bad :)

Everything still looks good around these parts!!!

6 TUT on all...

low cable cross overs: 30x8

incline db press: 40x6

flat db flyes: 25x8

high cable cross-overs: 40x8


NOTES:


I'm leaving tomorrow for the beach! Woo hoo! :elephant: Since I'm leaving early afternoon, cardio and weights will have to be done in one trip. I'll be back Monday. Anyone who needs to reach me can get me via text.

6:30: 6 oz chik breast, 5 oz red tato, green beans

9:30: 1.5 oz peanuts

12:30: 1.5 oz peanuts


GYM:

4 sets of everything...
6 TUT on all....

front lateral raises: 20x8

seated side raises: 12.5x6

upright db rows: 20x8

seated db press: 30x8

machine press: 50x8

Cardio:
Did this PWO since I'm leaving in a few hours
30 min 4.0 speed @ 9% incline
