IM 5ft 8" 160lb Been gyming for 1 year solid 3 days a week tried DBOLS twice before just on there own with some but little prolonged gains, i eat well with all the researched meals i am now taking the next step. Still not sure on PCT what it is what it does etc and also how would you rate my cycle?

As Nelson stated, hang around and use our search feature at the top of the page to research your particular cycle and PCT. The key to any cycle is having your diet and training dialed in before you start and optimally be at your genetic potential before starting any cycle. With that being said, you should run your test twice a week your dose divided into shots, one on sunday and one on Thursday. Your Tren should be injected EOD (every other day) Tren is a short acting esther and dissipates in your system with 24 hours hence the need to inject more frequently. Again, welcome to Elite Fitness and research your cycle options before starting. If this is your first cycle then I want you to explore the thought of a test / dbol cycle for 10 to 12 weeks for your first go provided your diet and training are in check. Hey :-) i expected to get flamed lol as ive read so many threads already with similar outcomes...My diet is in check and ive run dbols twice before like i said in my post, so this in theory is my 3rd cycle just with more thought, im sorry for saying ive been to the gym for only 1 year, what i should have said was ive been over several years but have been constant for this last 12 months with no skipped days. I do appreciate your comments and have asked my supplier for a PCT to suit which he has for me already to start a few days before my end and to continue after.

I train every M W F and alternate as much as possible the standard i was doing was Back and bi's 8 excercises each 4 sets 12/10/8/6 reps then Chest and Tri's then Legs and Shoulders, i change it up all the time and do full body sessions and also a completely different amount of excercises (10 sets of 10 on the excercises)

My diet which i stick to all the time except weekends is....

Breakfast (6.30am)
• 1 Pint Soya Milk
• 1 Banana
• 1 Multi Vitamin
• Ground Flaxseed 2 T Spoons
• Rolled Oats Red & Green Grapes
• Goji Berries

First Lunch (10am)
• Uncle Bens Rice
• Spinach / Broccoli / Carrot / Apple
• Cherry Tomatoes & Chick Peas
• Kiwi & Brazil Nuts
• 1 Pint Water
• Protein Shake

Second Lunch (1pm)
• Jacket Sweet Potato
• Spinach / Broccoli / Carrot / Apple
• Cherry Tomatoes & Chick Peas
• Protein shake
• Orange & Almonds
• 1 Pint Water

Third Lunch (4pm)
• Peanut Butter
• Rye Bread
• Lucozade Sport
• Pre-workout shake
• Animal pump + Animal M stak

Dinner (7pm)

You have the diet of a vegetarian. That's minimal protein through beans. Eat actual meat if you want to build muscle. Beef, chicken, fish. You shouldn't even need the protein shakes if you are eating right. Eat 200 grams a day. I was just a bit bigger than you before I got serious around a barbell. Didn't cycle until 175 lbs and prob could have done more natty.

i'm pretty jealous. i've spent literally at least 40 hours researching on elite fitness forums alone trying to learn as much as i could before starting my first cycle and trying to solicit some good advice. good luck sully. i'm getting ready to start my first too.
 
You have the diet of a vegetarian. That's minimal protein through beans. Eat actual meat if you want to build muscle. Beef, chicken, fish. You shouldn't even need the protein shakes if you are eating right.


I agree. Also drop the soy milk that shits a no go!

You are eating a bunch of carbs which is not a bad thing but you need to add protein in with it

You should aim to eat about 200g of protein a day like stated above. If you are doing 5 meals that's 40g per meal

The best protein sources in my opinion are as follows:
1) whole eggs and egg whites
2) Beef or any forms of game meat (ie bison, deer, elk)
3) Fish
4) Chicken
5) Pork and Turkey

You should aim to eat the top 3 in this list as frequently as possible for your protein sources

I might also add that when you cycle you will need to be more committed then you are right now to make anything out of it. By this I mean eating every 2 hours 6 times a day minimum but preferably 8 or more considering you are up at 6:30am. Also you will need to follow your diet strictly on weekends as well and not just weekdays.

You may not consume any form of alcohol while on cycle for 2 reasons. 1 it inhibits your gains and 2 it puts extra stress on the liver in addition to what the steroids will do. Now I know you are thinking, "wait I thought injectables don't put stress on the liver" well that is incorrect. They do put some stress on the liver just no where near as much as orals do.

Also you will need to run the test for 12 weeks and the tren for 10-12 as well since they have long esters attached to them

Finally this is what your pct should look like:
1-18 caber .5mg ed
1-12 aromasin 12.5mg eod
10-15 hcg 1000iu a week
15-18 Clomid 25mg
13-18 Formastanzol 10 pumps daily (5 in am and 5 in pm)
15-18 post cycle unleashed combo
15-18 d-aspartic acid

DO NOT TAKE ANY SHORTCUTS ON THIS PCT

By saying you are mature enough to use steroids you are accepting that you are going to have to spend money on everything needed for the cycle and not just a select few things.
 
You see....when someone says "my diet is in check" that is code for my diet is fucking garbage. It never fails. This is why mother fuckers don't grow!!!! You can train any way you want....you wont grow eating fucking bird food.
Munching out on the weekends is another way of saying I eat like shit. Do you want to grow? Then get your fucking act together.
You want to cheat? have ONE cheat meal a week. ONE.

^^^^ Where is the protein? Are you a bird? Put half a dozen eggs in there. Or 6-7 oz chicken breast

First Lunch (10am)

• 1 Pint Water
• Protein Shake Having a protein shake here is ok I suppose IF you have had some real protein meat source already in your day. But real food here would be better than powder!!!

• Cherry Tomatoes & Chick Peas
• Protein shake Are you kidding me? 6 hrs into your day and your still having shakes. No meat yet in your day? YOU WILL NOT GROW EVER. NO STEROIDS WILL HELP THIS DIET. EAT MEAT HERE....chicken, tuna, white fish, salmon, beef, turkey
• Orange & Almonds
• 1 Pint Water

Third Lunch (4pm)
• Peanut Butter
• Rye Bread
• Lucozade Sport
• Pre-workout shake
• Animal pump + Animal M stak
^^^^ Pre workout....up at 6am or so.....now its 4pm and according to your diet your still drinking shakes. This is garbage. Not to mention your having peanut butter pre workout. This is a heavy fat. Its a no-no. its going to sit in your stomach like a fucking brick while you work out. Eat real carbs pre workout like brown rice, sweet potato, oats ect. Yes...a protein shake here is actually a good idea.

Dinner (7pm)
• Stir Fry / Lentils / Runner Beans
• Red Kidney Beans / Chick Peas
• Red Onion / Cherry Tomatoes
• Broad Beans / Peppers
• 1 Pint Soya Milk

^^^ STILL NO MEAT? I'm going to vomit. Post workout there should be a whey shake and some simple carbs. 1 hour later there should be the largest portion of meat you eat all day. With complex carbs. check this out.....if you don't feed your muscles they wont fucking grow...period.

You have NO business using steroids with a god awful diet like this. If you spent a year eating properly and training with proper intensity (which I am doubting you currently do) you would gain 20 fucking pounds...easy. With NO AAS.
 
THANKYOU for the great info i knew most of what you have said but the PCT is a great help! I have kept alot of my diet but have changed certain things for fish chicken and tuna pasta bakes (love it all anyways)

Im meeting my supplier tommorrow to get the PCT in place and i shall take this info with me.

Just one last thing....Can i put the test and tren in same shot and do it just with one go?? or is it better to do them seperate, im just thinking of time and less "pokin"
