age 27 / 5'10 / 190 bf around 13 or 14 i believe.. need to have this checked
week 1-4 Beastdrol
week 1-10 Test E 250 mon 250 thur
week 6 HCgenerate into PCT will have 2 bottles
week 5 forma into PCT have 2 bottles
2weeks after last pin/clomid 25/25/25/25, Unleashed/Post Cycle
Also n2guard, forged liver support, multi. fish oil, joint support, creatine
Heres a look at my workouts
I always start out with some rotator cuff work because of an injury i had a while back.. wanna make sure its g2g before all workouts except legs
Mon Chest
after a couple warmups
3 sets of Incline db press between 8-12 reps
3 sets of decline barbell bench 8-12 reps
3 sets of flat db bench 8-12 reps / sometimes i superset with pushups
3 sets of dips 12-15 reps
3 sets of laying dumbell pullovers 10 reps or so
4 sets of cable crossovers
30min cardio
Tues Back
4 sets of pullups 10 reps
4 sets of deads 10-12
3 sets of barbell rows underhand 10 reps
3 sets of lawnmowers 8-10
3 sets of latpulldowns 10-12
3 sets of seated cable rows 12 -15
3 sets of tbar rows super set with hyper extensions
30m cardio
Wed shoulders and traps
4 sets seated military press 8-12
4 sets barbell shrugs 15 reps
3 sets seated arnolds 8-10
3 sets bent over rear delt flye 12-15
3 sets of side lat raises super set with front cable raises around 10 apiece
3 super drop sets of dumbell shrugs / usually start with 90's drop to 65's then 2 plates 12-15 reps
30m cardio
Thur Legs
4 sets of squats 10-15 reps
4 sets of leg press 12-15
3 sets of leg extensions 15 reps
3 sets of leg curls 12 reps
3 sets of lunges 10-12
3 sets of seated calf raises super set with standing calf raises
no cardio
Fri Arms
I super set a bi exercise with a tri exercise all the way through and i try to stay in the 10 rep range
3 sets chinups super set with dips
3 sets of standing ezcurl with cable pushdowns
3 sets of incline hammer curls with close grip bench
3 sets of preacher curls with behind the head rope extensions.. not sure what thats called exactly
3 sets of peaks with 1 arm dumbell tri extensions
3 sets of reverse ezcurl with barbell wrist curls
no cardio
Sat and Sun cardio
I plan to start my cycle within the next few days
