gymjunkie my diet honestly is my weakest point.. i dont know how to cook and i relie on protein powders/protient bars for alot of my calories.. however all i drink or have in my fridge is water.. havent drank soda in a long time... and i have absolutely zero junk food in my house...
zed i was mistaken it is a power rack.. when i was in prison we had a step squat rack which is what i learned on and prefer because its great for seated military presses and we called it a power rack so i was confused but just looked it up and found out.. thanks guys seriously.. oh and my goals are to get big and lose bodyfat.. with clothes on I look fit but when im naked i have a little guy and a little fat around my chest area.. hardly man boobs but still sucks..
