Had a awesome shoulder day today
I started offwith standing millitary press, I only did 1 set with 135 then said fuck this for today
Did arnold presses! 55-10x, 70-8X HUGE PR, 75-5X, 75-8X big prs there
Rear delt rowss rear delt fly 20lb dbs 2x10
facepulls 3 sets slow reps
seated latterls only did 15lb dbs kept tension on the latteral head, most people go to fucking heavy on these and have small shoulders. 4 sets
Cable latterals 2 sets
Seated db shrugs 3 sets 110-90-90
 
I've been extremely motivated in the gym lately. I'm not sure what it is.. I get prs every workout though. And thats the key in bodybuilding, or power lifting. Constant progression..
 
Back day
Yates row 45-15x,95-15x,135-15x, 185-10x, (working 245-12x, 295-6x big pr) Will try 265 for 12 next back day
underhand grip pulldowns 2 warmupsets working sets (200-12x, 220-8x)
Seated rows 2 working sets
Superset reverse grip pullovers/pulldowns 2 sets
db row 105 dbs 2x8
I think thats it. Back is cramping like crazy.. Happy about the pr today

Heavy leg/light shoulder day
squats 3 working sets 230-320-370
legpress 4 working sets 5 plates-6plates-7plates-8plates
straight leg deadlifts 3 working sets 190 lbs
seated hamstring curls 3 sets 80-140-80

Seated millitary 3 sets 10-12 reps 95-135-95 went light delt felt funny
side latterals 3 sets 10-12 reps 30 lb dbs
rear delt flys 3 sets 10-12 reps
db shrugs 3 sets 15 reps got the 125s for 15 no straps or anything
 
Could see shoulder veins through my shirt today lol.. Also did calves/ cable laterals
 
Hit back yesterday

Chest today
flat db bench warmup 2 sets
flat barbell 185-225-275-295
incline barbell 135-205-205-185
chest press 3 sets
dips 5 sets short rest 15-25 sec rest
flat flys 3 sets 30lb dbs
Had a good pump today some pretty good strength on the flat as well
