You thinking of entering a show in the teen division at some point?

Yes right now leds helping me cut down to 10% Then I have to put on a lot of muscle, then cut and compete this summer at the NPC teen division in my state

Thanks! And I bet.. I honestly can't wait. I want to compete more than anything and I finally feel like my physique is ready for it. I always doubt my self and say ill take another year and try to add to my weak points but fuck it now I'm just going to dive in.

Side latterals 35-20x, then a ton of slow neg/hold outs with 15 lb dbs didnt really count reps
Shrugs 140-20x, 230-10x, 320-20x, 410-10x,10x
Legpress 2 plateseach side-20x, 4 plates-20x, 6 plates-30 reps big 10 rep pr there..
