17 Year old workout log to competition!

Shoulder day
Seated db millitary press.. 30-15x, 60-15x, 80 2x12 prs, 95-5 REPS! pr
shrugs 140-20x,230-20x,320-12x, 410-20x, 500-10x
db rear delt shrugs 50 3x15
rear delt flys 4 sets.
seated latteral raises 4 sets 20 reps..
Last exercise was this plateloaded standing machine thing.. Last time I did it I did 1 25 pound plate on each side.. this time.. 45 each side-20x, 3 45s-10x, 4 45s-8x!!
 
Still an asset to the site. And nice shoukder press man wow.. No wonder them veins are poppin ! How much did you say you were weighing ? 230ish?

Yeah the dude is my best friend too weve been training together since we started.. And yeah bro!! I cant belive I hit the 95 lb dbs.. And im weighing in at 235 right now

To be honest I dont keep up with pety bullshit like that yet.. Im just trying to get as strong and as much muscle as I can right now.. But I do have abs and veins running through my body, lots in my shoulders/chest/bis/and sometimes quad
 
Chest day today
flat db press 45s-15x, 65s- 15x, 95-12x, WORKING SET 105-16X!! Huge pr.. shit was so light..
incline barbell 135-185-225
flys/decline smith/chestpress

Diidnt do to much volume today, but I did hit a huge pr on flat db.. And it was the day after shoulders so im surprised to say the least!
 
Also, the two people i workout with and train both made logs here. So make sure to check them out
 
Arms closegrip bench 135-15x, 185-10x, 225-5x, 275-3x, 225-10x
barbell curls 2 sets/preacher db curls 2 sets
superset pushdowns/overhead pushouts 3 sets
Rope downs arms go past body 3 sets
sbar preacher curls 25 each side 2x10 one set with 35 each side
db hammercurls 2 sets. I video taped the 275 set and 225 set i try to post them later
