Did legs today. . hit them really hard.. Which wasnt smart! Because there was some flooding where i live and i helped some neighbors and fuuuck my legs were cramping the whole time

Notice how I almost NEVER do deadlifts. Call me stupid but they sure as fuck dont build a big back. My back is one of my BEST bodyparts.. And I almost never deadlift.
