Back and Biceps Workout Log

Today I hit my back and bicep routine, with all exercises and their respective sets listed down below.
This workout is programmed to allow equal focus to my back, biceps, and rear deltoids, and each exercise is performed with all necessary warm-up sets before finishing off with one top set performed until failure.
Felt very strong and full this session, due to my high carb and high protein diet.
Only issue to note was a decrease in strength in T-Bar rows, but this could be due to a number of reasons. I will come back and compare next workout log for Back and Biceps.

Have attached photos below to showcase the muscles trained.

Back and Biceps Workout Log

Starting as of the 20th of October, Sassy’s Pharmaceuticals has generously provided me with Anadrol to add into the finale of this cycle. For 4 weeks finishing up, I’ll be adding in 50mg on training days only, to lock in muscles gained and finish off the cycle strong. Will keep updated in future logs with the effects of this, but the workout tonight felt full and solid, although there weren’t any increases in my lifts tonight. However, that could be due to many different reasons, most probably due to poor sleep this past week. Overall, strong workout, felt solid and am excited to see where Anadrol takes me!

Workout:

Pull Ups
Set 1: 10 reps

Reverse Grip Pull-Downs
Set 1: 40kg x 12
Set 2: 65kg x 12
Set 3: 85kg x 9

Chest Supported T-Bar Rows
Set 1: 20kg x 10
Set 2: 40kg x 11

Rope Face Pulls
Set 1: 20kg x 12
Set 2: 25kg x 10

Seated Rear-Delt Fly
Set 1: 32kg x 12
Set 2: 64kg x 8

EZ-Bar Curls
Set 1: 25kg x 13
Set 2: 45kg x 8

Machine Preacher Curl
Set 1: 15kg x 12
Set 2: 30kg x 9

Hammer Curls (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 17.5kg x 8

Tuesday 21st October

@nathanblifts keep in mind with anadrol the sleep will not get better. So be mindful of that. Try and get in some naps here and there. Those go a long way.

Workout Log - Legs

Tonight I hit legs at a different gym to my usual, so equipment was a bit different which hindered my program. Had a couple of issues where some machines were out of order, biggest one here being quad extensions, and hack squat missing all the padding which made it difficult to perform a heavy top set.

All things considered, I pushed very hard with what I had, and can definitely feel the effects of @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals Anadrol kicking in! Amazing compound so far, pumps are fuller, vascularity is through the roof, and am super excited to show off my physique in my next progress log!

The workout tonight, whilst being an absolute killer, was hindered due to a couple of reasons; mainly a lack of functional machines at the gym, and coming off a really poor sleep the night before. It seems to be a common theme in my posts that I’ve had a lack of sleep coming into a workout, but 5/7 nights a week i’m able to hit an optimal 8 hours of quality sleep, so it’s just coincidental that it aligns with my posts. 😅

The workout tonight was performed with one top set for each exercise, taken until mechanical failure, with necessary building sets leading up to that final set.

The workout was as follows:

Laying Hamstring Curls
Set 1: 32kg x 10
Set 2: 60kg x 10
Set 3: 81kg x 10
Set 4: 95kg x 7

Smith Machine Squats
Set 1: 40kg x 10
Set 2: 70kg x 10
Set 3: 100kg x 8

Hacksquats
Set 1: 80kg x 10
Set 2: 120kg x 8

Quad Extensions out of Order

Standing Machine Calf Raises
Set 1: 115kg x 12
Set 2: 165kg x 10

Seated Calf Raises
Set 1: 40kg x 12
Set 2: 70kg x 10

I will be returning to my primary gym in future workouts, so i’m keen to share the difference in my session.

Physique Check-In + Nutrition

Fasted weight this morning - 90kg

@nathanblifts Anadrol is definitely a powerful steroid. The nice thing about it is it works really fast and it has a lot of benefits. It's also really cheap for all it does. It's actually probably the cheapest steroid out there.

Will do mate, appreciate the tip i’ll give it a go
Looking forward to seeing you improve on your posing. You should definitely be really getting stronger as the Log goes on. We expect big things out of you. I would say your genetics are definitely top 1%. @nathanblifts

Physique Update Log

Fasted Weight: 90.5kg

Today we weighed in 90.5kg which is up from last check-in. Anadrol keeping the physique looking hard and full, even fasted, and gains surely coming in nicely.

As for macros, still sitting on the same values as last post, which are as follows:
~4100 Calories
250g Protein
550g Carbs
100g Fat

Over the last week, eating consistent healthy meals has been a struggle with work hammering down, so I’ve had to have some meals which are less than optimal, but required to ensure that I am finishing the day in a surplus. Some of these have included food from work, working in hospitality, which meant that i’d be eating lots of burger patties for easy protein, but more fat that I would prefer.

Overall, finished off the week strong, and continuing to gain size. Will include a meal example after my gym session tonight and will attach a photo too.

Next weeks focus will be on nutrition, getting back into a consistent eating routine despite how busy work gets, and hopefully will be able to post my next check-in log with better results!

Push Workout Log

A virus has gone through my family in the past week, and has gotten onto me, so the workout tonight was super lethargic, and I haven’t eaten as much as I would have liked in the past few days, but still managed to push out a super strong workout. It’s a shame considering my Anadrol is only for 4 weeks, so I haven’t been able to make the most of it as I would have liked.

As of right now, I have finished with the Masteron, so am still running 500mg test weekly for an extra week to finish up my Anadrol cycle. After that has concluded, I’ll be dropping back down to maintenance test, which will probably be 250mg weekly.

Tonight’s workout was as follows:

Incline Bench Press
Set 1: 40kg x 10
Set 2: 60kg x 10
Set 3: 80kg x 8

Machine Chest Fly
Set 1: 54kg x 10
Set 2: 82kg x 10
Set 3: 124kg x 8

Bodyweight Dips (Failure)
Set 1: 15

Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Set 1: 12.5kg x 12
Set 2: 17.5kg x 9

Tricep T-Bar Pushdowns
Set 1: 26.25kg x 12
Set 2: 33.75kg x 12
Set 3: 41.25kg x 7

Overhead Rope Extensions
Set 1: 16.25kg x 12
Set 2: 23.75kg x 8

Overall, despite being sick, the workout was strong and I pushed every set as hard as I could. It’s unfortunate to get sick on this cycle, as it’s such a short time and Anadrol is such a powerful oral, but we are still working hard.

Arguably this wasn't a good idea. Two reasons
1) You're not fully recovered and
2) You MIGHT have passed it on via the gym

Gym was completely empty last night, and I wiped all the equipment down with anti-bacterial spray after using them, but would probably be worth resting to fully recover. Just felt bad skipping when I’m just about finished with the cycle. 😅

A lot of times when you get sick you come out of it actually looking leaner. I think that's sort of what happened here. Ironically, in any event. Great job man. Keep it up. @nathanblifts

Fasted Weight : 90.0kg

Started off the week with a virus that passed through my family which hindered my goals a little bit. Missed a few workouts during the week and didn’t hit my macros everyday due to fatigue and loss of appetite, which is very frustrating seeing as we are only running anadrol for a short period of time. As of writing this, I am still sick, and took a couple days off to rest, but have been trying to maintain my eating as best as possible to hold onto my mass.

As there was only one week left on cycle, I’ve decided to finish it early due to my sickness, and am dropping back down to 250mg of Test E per week and getting my bloodwork’s checked to get everything back to optimal levels. Again, this is something that’s really frustrating for me, as anadrol was working miracles for the first two weeks. Despite this, I’ll come back in a week hopefully being able to train and push as hard as before, and am very excited to make some really good progress again.

As for my macros, goals remain the same as previous logs, aiming for high protein high carbohydrate diet, whilst keeping fat levels low. This has been more difficult this past week with a loss of appetite, which has caused me to lean out a little bit, affecting my overall goal to bulk. Overall, it’s just a small setback which can easily be overcome.

For my meal example, I made protein pancakes this week, managing to pack in 53g of protein, 150g of carbs, and only 23g of fat. This was a very good example of the types of meals I am eating on this bulk, as it ensures I am eating plenty of carbs and protein whilst keeping fat low. Total calories were 980, but can be increased with the addition of syrup, fruits, or even ice-cream (small portion to increase carb intake).

I have attached below photos of the protein pancakes, and physique check-ins. Overall not a great week, but it’s just another hurdle in the race.

Push Workout Log

A virus has gone through my family in the past week, and has gotten onto me, so the workout tonight was super lethargic, and I haven’t eaten as much as I would have liked in the past few days, but still managed to push out a super strong workout. It’s a shame considering my Anadrol is only for 4 weeks, so I haven’t been able to make the most of it as I would have liked.

As of right now, I have finished with the Masteron, so am still running 500mg test weekly for an extra week to finish up my Anadrol cycle. After that has concluded, I’ll be dropping back down to maintenance test, which will probably be 250mg weekly.

Tonight’s workout was as follows:

Incline Bench Press
Set 1: 40kg x 10
Set 2: 60kg x 10
Set 3: 80kg x 8

Machine Chest Fly
Set 1: 54kg x 10
Set 2: 82kg x 10
Set 3: 124kg x 8

Bodyweight Dips (Failure)
Set 1: 15

Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Set 1: 12.5kg x 12
Set 2: 17.5kg x 9

Tricep T-Bar Pushdowns
Set 1: 26.25kg x 12
Set 2: 33.75kg x 12
Set 3: 41.25kg x 7

Overhead Rope Extensions
Set 1: 16.25kg x 12
Set 2: 23.75kg x 8

Overall, despite being sick, the workout was strong and I pushed every set as hard as I could. It’s unfortunate to get sick on this cycle, as it’s such a short time and Anadrol is such a powerful oral, but we are still working hard.
