Fasted weight this morning - 90kg

Weight hasn’t moved since last check-in, this could be due to a number of factors including sleep, diet consistency, and water weight. Had a couple days this last week where I didn’t quite reach my macro goals, but smashed it each other day.

Current Macros:
Calories - ~4100
Protein - 250g
Carbohydrates - 550g
Fat - 100g

In a growth phase, prioritising high carbohydrates and high protein to ensure lots of energy and fuel to build high quality muscles.

Meal Example:
Wholemeal Toast with Honey and Eggs (2x Whole Eggs mixed with Egg Whites).
Macros:
800 Calories
80g Carbs
66g Protein
20g Fat

I have attached a photo of the meal example, to show the volume of food that I am eating in order to gain weight.

@nathanblifts the abs are definitely starting to show. They're not only getting more pronounced, but they're also getting more flat and you're getting more of a cut to them.
