Approved Log Testosterone Clenbuterol Wedding Prep Log

Stage is not the goal, and I wouldn't want to set a date like that.
If Tom thinks I'm ready at some point then I'd go for it, but for now it's just stick to his plan and keep the progress up.

Legs would need a lot of work too, here's a pump from this morning:

Mum brought me some vegetable soup, so nice and healthy breakfast.
Threw some eggs in there for a bit of protein.
Fat content is a fair bit higher than I'd like, but these first few days of recovery I'm trying not to worry too much.

Hopefully the KLOW gets here in a couple of days and I can't accelerate this healing.

I'm going to be posting a bit less guys, just wanted to give you a warning, and a massive thank you for all the support and advice.

Especially @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals and @Sassy Rep for the support and the quality products.

But I have a decent recovery to get through, followed by my wedding, followed by a 7 week honeymoon.

So really this is probably as far as I take my physique until next year. Very happy with where I got to, disappointing to end it here, but excited for the next phase and chapter.

I will for sure be back next year with a new log <3 (and I'll keep updating this one as I recover, just no point posting "got another 10k steps in today without too much pain 😂)

3 weeks post surgery and under very favourable lighting, not too upset.

Been feeling pretty good and getting 30 mins of cardio and 10k steps daily for the past ~10 days.
Tomorrow I plan to pick up some weights. It's a week earlier than the doctor advised but it should be alright.
Coach has redone my program - unilateral work, mostly cables and machines, and I'll keep weights very light until my follow up appointment next week.

Morning all. Post upper day pump.

Still working with reduced weights, limited exercises, just trying to not put too much strain on the abdominals. But feeling better, stronger, and hopefully in a position to tighten up just a touch.

Been pretty stable at 91kg, roughly 2700cal/day.

Wedding is in 17 days, honeymoon in 19.


Massive massive thankyou to coach Tom for the safe programming, diet support, and generally absorbing some of my anxiety.
He has given some tips this morning to look more like an X and less like a Y.

But pretty happy given I've had 4 weeks in a surplus with fuck all training.
