A bank (Credit Union actually) I used to bank at made a requirement, sometime before 9/11 actually, that when you came into their bank you had to remove any sunglasses and hats or any other item(s) covering your face in any way.
If you were going to rob them, they wanted as much of your face on their cameras as possible.
I never fought them on it, I just removed my sunglasses (I don't wear hats). I wonder though...if a woman in a full burkha with her face covered refused to uncover her face...what would they do? I suspect it's happened in the over 10 years since I last banked there. I wonder how that went? Was the woman/women refused service? Did she try to sue? What was the outcome?
I'm sure that can't be the only banking institution with such a rule either.
