hey bros,
this my second thread abt supplements. need some advice from pros over here abt supplements. okay, firstly i am luking for a nice protein powder, than pre & post workout supps. plz dont tell me abt amp02 coz i cant get it over here. and there are some guys in my gym talkin abt stuff like methoxy, gaba, testboosters. does it increase growth hormones in any ways.
any kind would be really appreciated

I've had amp02 sent to OZ before with no problems.
 
Well if you have the basic's covered, a good creatine, quality protein, Multi vitamin-mineral, and fish oil, you could move onto more advanced supplements. Here is a few suggestions alot these I try and some my wife uses.

Per 3 capsules taken 3 times per day (I named this my house wife stack)
Na-Rala 150mg
Naringin 50mg
Biotin 500mcg
Quercitin 500mg
Coleus Forskohlii 25mg
Green Tea 500mg

For the anti oxidant stack I use... (This I use)
Grape Seed Extract (95% OPC) 150 MG N/A
Green Tea Extract (50% Catechins) 500 MG N/A
Lutein 10 MG N/A
N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) 500 MG N/A
Acetyl L-Carnitine 500 MG N/A
Ginger Root Extract (4:1) 500 MG N/A
Lycopene 5 MG N/A
Naringin 50 MG N/A

Curcumin 500 MG

I would be frightened to ask what your typical bulking cycle looks like!

LOL, I would never take all of those supplements at once, I do like the test booster, but if I had the money I would stay on the joint supplement and the anti-oxidant, good health reason.
