Yet another Beast/Kata/RS-Transderm Cycle with Log

Hey Oldgoat. Wives can be brutally honest. My wife says I lost some bodyfat but definitely gained muscle. I don't have a great degree of definition but look much thicker. I don't look bloated. My "estrogen pockets" are my biceps, around my pecs, my navel and obliques. Everywhere else is good to go. I am pretty confident that during PCT all of the above will harden up.
 
Yeah brother, my wife will straight up tell me if I have or have not gained, and if Im getting fat or not. Been together for a long time, and she tells it like it is for sure.
 
Day 24: weighed in at 243 today. Workout rocked. I destroyed my 5x5s and accesories. Great appetite and chowed well.

I have 4 days left and then PCT. I will start fasted cardio on off days after Friday.

Honestly, I am looking forward to not having to keep track of all the capsules!

I am very happy with the results. Now I want to tighten it up, shed some more water and lean up.

Should I keep my 4000 calorie diet thru PCT or come back down to 3000-3250? I plan on keeping protein calories at 50%.

I would hold off on the a.m. cardio until after pct and keep eating the same.......how much have you gained?
 
Heya Gymjunkie. Howzit? I am up to 243 lbs this morning but I weighed in tonight before bed at 248. I ate like a horse today! 245 is my goal then trim it down is the plan. This definitely is a lean bulk for me. I am solid as a rock or so I feel.
