not worth the cost IMO. If you'll look at the nutritional facts, it says there is only 700mg/pill of all that stuff combined. You need about 5-10g of CLA alone and only 50mg of R-ALA most people take 300-500mg of R-ALA alone, so you would need to take too many pills of that xLA. Just another diet giminc IMO.

so far Beyond a Century is the best i've seen. It's in powder form and it's 200g worth for $17, pretty damn cheap if you ask me.....
