The knives are just the perfect weight and grip size for me. They're forged, folded steel, basically made the way samurai swords are, and stay sharp for longer. The pans are very low on impurities, are dense and heavy, and cook evenly. They also last for years due to their engineering and provide consistency because of their quality. Both products have a higher price point, but will save money in the long run if you use them properly.
