I know as an elite family we are going to have allot of love and fights along the way, But most of all learn a few things from each other along the way,

It has been a good day back and now it is 6pm London time, finished work and taken my black ass ( so speak to the gym, LEGS LEGS,LEGS tonight chat tommorrow xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I gotta blast the legs and arms tonight and do cardio. I can't wait! This place is a good training ground for social interaction.. I'm learning not to let people get me so pissed off..
