Workout twice a week. Is this a good plan?

Day 1:

Deadlift
Stiff leg deadlift
Barbell rows
Pulldowns
Dips

Day 2:
Squat
glute ham raise (or lunges)
bench press
pullups

So 1st day is kinda gonna be like the Ed Coan deadlift routine excpect im not gonna do the good mornings and add som dips on that day.

On 2nd day im gonna aim to stay in the 6-8 reps range on squats (nothing too heavy until im done the 10 week program).

Does it look ok? or am i forgetting something? i can only workout twice a week because of school and i have 3 boxing classes a week so i dont want to overtrain

i will do the 1st workout on monday and the 2nd workout on thursday

My boxing classes are on monday, wednesday and thursday night so i do my weight lifting in the morning.

Every workout has it's benefits, it all depends on you goals...

If you're a boxer then this should suit you nicely, if your goals change in the future you can change your workouts

My goals are to get stronger though on the squat and deadlift mainly. My weight lifting isnt really related to my boxing goals
