Workout Help

What's up fellows,
I'm trying to develop strength and mass. Here is my program layout:
Split:
Monday-Chest Back
Wednesday-Biceps and Triceps
Friday-Legs and Shoulders
OK here is my plan:
One Compound exercise for each bodypart (like Bench, Squat, barbell row, barbell curl, skull crushers, and military presses) and also 2 assistance exercises. Do the major movement for 5 sets of 5 reps at one weight. Move up if you get all the sets next week. Then the assistance exercises go for 2 sets of 8-10 reps each. Is this OK or will this overtrain me? Thanks.

I think you are set, i made great gains when i switched to one bodypart per week workouts.
If you get your diet dialed in you will too!

hell if you can handle back and chest on teh same day go for it,but for me i get burnt right out from doing just one per day

I agree with oak on this one. have a separate day for you chest and back. if you aren't burnt from your workout, then you aint working out hard enough(increasing your potential).
