Hi:

I’m an overweight, 40 year-old female who occasionally trains with free weights. My stats: 5' 8", 195 lbs. Have not measured body fat but my waist is 36".

I want to intensify my training and make a commitment to build muscle and greatly reduce my body fat. I would like to lose about 40-50 lbs.

I recently got a compounded stanozolol (winstrol) cream from a compounding pharmacy. My instructions were to apply one application daily (15mg) to my wrist; preferably in the morning about 30-45 minutes before I work out.

In most of the information I’ve found online, steroids are administered either orally or via injections. Will this topical steroid work?

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks so much.

there are a lot of transdermal hormone that are in cream form...outside of that I cant answer

It works, but not in the way you think it will.

This will bulk you up even furthur, with both fat and muscle, provided you are working out on a regular schedule with heavy weights and are pushing yourself. If you're not workin out regulary, you'll just put on more fat.

80% of fat loss/muscle growth is through diet. It sounds to me like you need to clean up your eating habits and start some light cardio. This will make the most difference. Drop the cream.

Winstrol is strange stuff in women -- as far as I know it's not an ideal first drug of choice.

Anavar would be. That said, you need to really clean up your diet and training and to get your act together before you even consider using AAS.

Also 15mg of winny a day would be A LOT.

Steriods will do nothing to improve your bodyfat either -- that takes hard and grueling workouts, proper nutrition, adequate recovery, and 9 hours of sleep everynight.
