The Shadow Plan - Week 3

Mood/Thoughts:
Man. I flubbed yesterday. I had a major craving for chocolate. I tried eating a FF SF Dulce de Leche Jello Pudding Snack. After about 30 minutes, I realized that made the craving worse.
I ended up eating a little bit of Reese's Puffs with skim. I should have just went with what I was craving first. I could have still been within calorie range. Oh well. I guess I'll know for next time. I'll be kicking myself in the butt all day. On the bright side, we didn't drink any alcohol last night, which was beginning to become a Wednesday tradition. LOL!
I received my late application package last night in the mail. They want my high school transcripts and ACT scores. Holy Crap! That was SO long ago. I didn't even think of them needing something so far back, but I guess I should have expected it. LOL! I'll call the school this morning. They better send it out soon!
I am looking forward to tomorrow! I think shadowing will be fun! It will be a nice change of pace at least. Also, I completely forgot that I have to tutor one of the guys at the gym for his math final.
I don't know how it got out that was what my BS was in. I blame the hubby. I just hope it doesn't take long. I have to review his practice test beforehand. I'm sure I'm rusty -- It's hard enough remembering stuff I did last week, let alone something I did my freshman year in college.
Anyways, on with the log! (before I write a novel
) Oh, and about that, I've been feeling fat this week -- specifically my midsection. I have been drinking a gallon of water a day, so I don't get it. Even in the mornings it is poofy.
Oh, and one more thing...
Should I do today's ab workout with weights?
