The Shadow Plan - Week 3

Progress (Goal: 11.0% BF by the end of May)

Mood/Thoughts:
Happy Hump Day!!! WOOT WOOT! (I hate Wednesdays. :lmao: ). I was hungry all day yesterday. :chomp: After my a.m. protein shake didn't satisfy me, I thought, "UH OH! It's gonna be a long one!" LOL!! Somehow I still managed to make it through the day without eating any extra OR drinking diet soda. Thank goodness for tea and Splenda. LOL!! I had a GREAT workout yesterday. I could have went heavier on a couple of exercises, but I didn't realize it until I got to the last set. :evil:

Today... oi vei! I finally got a call back from the local hospital PT clinic. I need to get a hold of staffing at the hospital and set up an orientation time, so that I can squeeze ALL of my observations before the weekend is up. Then I need to call the PT guy and let him know when I'll be there. It sounds easy, but these people are apparently VERY hard to get a hold of. :rolleyes: I am taking a vacation day this Friday so that I can get it all done! Yep. I'm in a bit of a time crunch. I should be getting my late application package in the mail today, and hopefully, HOPEFULLY, I will hear back from the community college by the end of this week. I NEED to hear back from them by then.

Soreness
Mild soreness in thighs - specifically inner thighs... back's a little sore from the SLDLs, too. (Same as yesterday only MORE sore. :lmao: )

You are doing great!!! Have you thought of trading peanuts for walnuts?
I think walnuts are better quality...peanuts are heavyfor liver toxins...

Mood/Thoughts:
Man. I flubbed yesterday. I had a major craving for chocolate. I tried eating a FF SF Dulce de Leche Jello Pudding Snack. After about 30 minutes, I realized that made the craving worse. :rolleyes: I ended up eating a little bit of Reese's Puffs with skim. I should have just went with what I was craving first. I could have still been within calorie range. Oh well. I guess I'll know for next time. I'll be kicking myself in the butt all day. On the bright side, we didn't drink any alcohol last night, which was beginning to become a Wednesday tradition. LOL!

I received my late application package last night in the mail. They want my high school transcripts and ACT scores. Holy Crap! That was SO long ago. I didn't even think of them needing something so far back, but I guess I should have expected it. LOL! I'll call the school this morning. They better send it out soon!

I am looking forward to tomorrow! I think shadowing will be fun! It will be a nice change of pace at least. Also, I completely forgot that I have to tutor one of the guys at the gym for his math final. :nerd: I don't know how it got out that was what my BS was in. I blame the hubby. I just hope it doesn't take long. I have to review his practice test beforehand. I'm sure I'm rusty -- It's hard enough remembering stuff I did last week, let alone something I did my freshman year in college.

Anyways, on with the log! (before I write a novel :lmao: ) Oh, and about that, I've been feeling fat this week -- specifically my midsection. I have been drinking a gallon of water a day, so I don't get it. Even in the mornings it is poofy. :worried:

Oh, and one more thing... :lmao: Should I do today's ab workout with weights?

Gah! I just got back from shadowing. :D It was a good day. My log will be lacking because I'm heading out of town for the weekend. I'll pick it back up Sunday or Monday. ;)

Bunny, I didn't know if I should hold a plate while doing hypers and incline situps. We skipped abs yesterday, though. :lmao: Shhhhh! (will get them in today.)
