I used to mix peanut butter sugar free mayple syrup and popcorn all together in a bowl back when Iused to eat ff popcorn. It took alot of pb to make those suckers!

speaking of things w/ alot of cals. I used to order this yummy salad from O'Charleys called the pecan chicken salad.

I looked up the nutritional info on the website : 1900 cals and 126 g. of fat :worried:

I have tried it in the past, but not with honey mustard dressing! It's my new fav. dressing... I'm sure I'll wear it out sooner than later, though. :lmao: Maybe if berries are on sale this weekend I'll get some for next week! ;)

;) I gotta find my camera. I bought this cute little TINY digicam off ebay.. well, it's so tiny that I lost it after a freaking week. If I find it, I'll definitely take the pics (although there's no flash).. If not, I'm getting a new camera in a couple weeks, and I'll take them then.

Been there, done that... it is pretty tasty :p Almost like a Reeses' (well if ya eat clean all the time it is anyways lol) BUt I mixed up PP thick like pudding then put that on top of a frozed PB cube :chomp:

I was thinking about sticking the whole thing in the freezer.. kinda like a PB popsicle on a pudding pop! Mmmmm.. Maybe I'll make it tonight so it will be ready for tomorrow. Oh good grief. I'm practically drooling just thinking about it. :lmao:

That is exactly what I did... because I use to LOVE those pudding pops as a kiddo :p Hmmm I'm thinking I might have to make the same thing now for dessert... you see what you did :)

Anyways, I picked up some sushi at the grocery store (to my surprise they had it with brown rice!), I came home, ate, and worked on a project with the hubby. We have a very exciting opportunity in front of us (a secret for now), but I'm so excited. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. ;)

Sorry for the TMI, but I haven't been going the past couple days and my stomach has been hurting so bad that I find myself doubled over at times. :worried: Does anyone know what would help this? I may pick up some fiber supps this weekend. I'm wondering if this may be a side effect of the antibiotics I'm on.

... but I'm still happy it's FRIDAY!! ;)

I can almost guarentee that it is a side from the drug. call your Dr and tell him you can't handle it. They should be able to switch it. You shouldn't have to feel that way!!! Hang in there and call......

I took my last round today, so it should be out of my system soon. I looked up side effects on amoxicillan and stomach pain was one of them!

they sell it at walgreens or osco. Its like 2 bucks and works wonders.

Sometimes fiber supps make me worse!

My sister told me about this stuff and I tried it and I could not belive more people did not use it! I had no side effects like stomach cramps and it worked in 15 min. You drink it; you go.

you may not want to go the laxie route; but sometimes you just want to be over w/ it! LOL. Especially on a Friday! LOL.

Okay, I got a brand spanking new digital camera yesterday, and I actually took some decent progress pics with it this morning! Unfortunately my freaking power supply on my PC went out, so I won't be able to upload them until I put in a new one. What luck, huh? Right now I'm on a crappy laptop without any USB ports, so they'll just have to stay on my camera until I get my comp. fixed. My log will probably be sporadic, too, since my connection seems so slow on this damn thing. I'm going to at least get my daily workouts and total cals/macros logged for each day. Hopefully I'll be able to read up on everyone's logs at work.

I had a pretty shitty day yesterday. It seemed like everything was just not going my way. Silly things like dishes and tupperware always falling out of cabinets when I opened them kept happening. :lmao: Everything was just making me pissy. I guess I was just in bitch mode. (Perhaps I need to lay off the Stackers. hehe).. Then, at 5:28 fucking douche bag (excuse my language) gave me more shit to do at work. I leave at 5:30! AND I'm not even this dude's assistant! :rolleyes: It made me SOOOO mad. My boss even got a little aggravated by it. Anywho, I didn't get to leave until after 6:00, so I didn't have time to do my whole workout! Argh. Fuck it. I'm glad yesterday is over.

On a brighter note, I found out that I can take a free trip to Chicago as a chaperone for some of hubby's students! Bad news: I only get one week of vacation. I was planning on going to NYC the week of the 16th (October), and the Chicago trip leaves at 3:30 on the 12th (a Thursday) and returns late Friday night/early Saturday morning. I'm going to have to do some major brainstorming. I really don't want to miss a free opportunity like this one.

Great job on the Squats.....just a note......as the weight increases, its doable, but dont let the temptation to shorten the reps take over. I would MUCH rather you do full ATF squats with 135 than half squats......


You get SO MUCH MORE benefit from the bottom 1/3 of the movement....take a look at 24k's caboose for futher proof or QT's - ALL THE GOOD stuff comes from the bottom of the movement

Thanks, Shadow! How far down should I be going? ATF = ass to floor? I don't think I'm that flexible. lol! I'm going further down than my thighs being parallel to the floor.. I'd say there's about a 60* angle between my thighs and the floor. Should I drop weight and work on getting lower and my flexibility?

YES.....the stiff deads will take car of the posterior chain.....work on hip flexor flexibility...you will be amazed at the difference......

top of thighs should be at least parallel to the ground....if you are at 60D then you are fine


and yes - stims can make a person edgy - its their jon
