6:30 - got out of bed for cardio... to my surprise Miss Kitty had decided to pee on the carpet. :( I spent most of my cardio time (only 20 mins) cleaning that up instead.

6:50 - abs: 2 supersets
ab wheel (10)
bicycle (10 each side)
plank (30 seconds)

8:00 - multi, B, C, 1g Fish oil
almost forgot about them!

10:45 - 1/4c sunflower seeds
Are these good/bad/okay?

Thanks. :) The Stackers do give me energy, but they also make me pissy. lol! I'm just trying to use up a bottle I had from a few months ago. They're good enough for now, but I doubt I will buy them again. ;)

They do that to me too...so you're not the only one.....

And the sunflower seeds are ok also, just treat them as a fat & watch how many you eat....

RE: the kitty - try cleaning it up with some white vinegar.....the vinegar is supposed to neutralize the amonia in the urine, cuz you got to eliminate the smell to the kitty so she won't keep tinkling there......

What a great tip! I've been looking into some of that pee spray stuff, but it's about 30 bucks a bottle. I'm not ready to spend that right now since hubby and I are on a tight budget. :rolleyes: I will try the vinegar tip this weekend! She's litter box trained, but ever since we have moved to our new place she wants to go on the landing whenever we are asleep or not home. :worried:

You have 3 kitties you said?? How many litter boxes?? Since you recently moved, that could be the issue....

You may want to clean the litter box more often or add another one......
 
We had two, but they all would just use the one, so we threw the other away. :lmao: We scoop it out daily, and put new litter in once or twice a week.

Well if it won't be in the way, put it where she's peeing....then if she uses it move it slowly towards the other one.....if you catch her going to pee on the floor - either squirt her with a water gun or clap your hands loudly & say "No!" but don't punish her unless you catch her in the act as animals won't "get" why they're being punished after the fact.....

She knows what she's doing is wrong. We caught her once, said No!, didn't even have to yell it, and she ran straight to her litter box and used it. Then she sat in a corner and pouted for the rest of the day. :( Now she only does it when we aren't there (or sleeping). I'm going to clean that spot up then cover it with the litter box this weekend, and try what you suggested. Thank you so much! :heart:

UGH!! Fridays and I don't get along. I need to get out of this "cheat the whole weekend" mentality! All I could think about before lunch were those little McDonald's chicken snack wraps. I've never had one, but it sounded so good.. Well, instead I went to the pharmacy to pick up more vitamins, looked for glutamine powder (which they didn't have), and picked up some SNACKS! :worried: I've sat here and eaten a fistful of sugar free lifesavers and a pretend-to-be-healthy bar. I'm keeping track of the candies for my cals, but I'm not going to write down every time I ate one.

Here goes...

11:30 - Diet Coke

12:40 - GoLean Crunchy! Chocolate Caramel Karma
OMG! I wasn't expecting this to be SO yummy! :p

Yes you do ... that will impede the progess you made ALL week b/c you are bloated to all h3ll for the following 3-4 days post cheat. Look at the cals you consume the entire weekend of a cheat

but look what you do eat vs what you expended if you wanna get basic & down the #'s ...

If you binge on one day, ok your body cannot rightfully absorb all that shit you eat in one day .. do it for 3 days? you betcha it will more readily absorb those cals ... & store them ... as what? That's up to your body .. As fat? Maybe ... but you don't want that...

Try to Limit to one meal a week, over lap into two in need be, ONE CHEAT DAY if you must, must Not 2 not 3 and not the entire weekend :rose:

I say that will :heart: & nothing but hope for your success ...

Most of that stuff I already knew, but reading it and someone else telling you seems to make it more real somehow. :confused: I'm going to log everything this weekend, cheats, drinks, tubs of lard (okay, that one was a little sarcastic hehe), because I feel like I have to do this honestly, or I'm just going to be cheating myself. I love Jager! Mmmmm. It's gives me hellacious hangovers, though. That's why I limited myself to one yesterday.

I'm STRUGGLING today. I'm not going to work out or anything. Ugh. The sugar-free effects are over, but MAN am I cramping like a mofo. :evil: I've popped a couple Midol. I'll be sure to add today's food intake tomorrow morning. I'm going to take a nap. Our friends finally left after noon today, and I think some more friends are coming over around 4:00. I'm not in the mood to deal with people today. :worried:

I am feeling SO bloated today. My rings, which are usually very loose, were hard to put on. It's times like these that being a girl sucks!

Depending on where you are at running...... make a goal to be able to run for a certain amount of time at a certain rate or distance. HITTS 2x a week helped me accomplish this fast!!!!

1. depends on where your at I can now run 4k in 25 minutes and I do contribute it to clean eating and those hitts, everything started rocking when I did them.

2. I can't even to do one, hee hee and that is one of my goals

I tried a pullup today (outside grip) and I only got halfway up... twice. :lmao: I'm going to try to do one each day until I get there! hehe

As for #3, I've been doing much better with that. Hubby and I used to drink every day, at least splitting a six pack, and we'd get shitfaced a couple times a week. :evil: (It's pretty obvious if ya see my beer gut in the "before" pics. :lmao: :beer: ) So I'm just gonna keep on cuttin' it down. Baby steps, baby steps. ;) You're right. I CAN do it!!! Thanks for being so encouraging. :heart:

I am SO with you on the 2nd paragraph - my husband & I used to go thru at least 1 case of beer on the weekends!! I think it becomes a habit for one thing......so you just need to get used to not having it.....

Now when I do drink - I savor it & really taste it instead of guzzling it down.....or I make it a special occasion....

Try serving up some cranberry/raspberry/red Crystal Light & serve it up in a Cosmo glass or highball glass like a drink.....no reason you can't enjoy a pretty SF drink!!

The two biggest things are habit and boredom. It's been a little less than a year that my husband and I moved away from our old college town. That's where we got the "Let's get drunk just because it's Tuesday" mentality. He's getting tired of drinking as much, so it should be easy peasy. Not to mention the damage it does to our wallets!

Right now our biggest obstacles are company, weddings, parties, birthdays. There's always at least one reason to "celebrate" a week (or so it seems).

I understand completely!! Maybe try some new activities you both can do together......my hubby & I like to walk - so we walk everywhere.....We're now looking into buying bicycles and might get back into hitting golf balls.....

As for the weddings, b-days -- see if you can hold off & enjoy it then....just try to avoid the binge drinking - that's not good for you....

Feel better, drink lots of water especially for the cramping. But you should really go to the doctor if your not feeling better soon!

Okay, y'all. I didn't have time to pack my lunch this morning. I was too busy bowing to the porcelain god from those two Stackers. :( I can either a) go to McDonald's b) Hardees c) KFC or d)pick up a protein bar. I'm not sure which would be the best.

I can do the protein bar, but I don't have a place to get fruit. Oh well. I just realized I have protein powder in my purse (:lmao: I seriously don't know why it's in my purse). Maybe I'll just pick up some nuts at a gas station to go with it. ;)

That sounds better than Fast Food...bleh!! Is there anywhere to get a salad?? Like a grocery store with a salad bar??
