Where, oh where, did this month go? It just zipped right by.
Weight: 128.2

New week, new goals!! :)
  1. Write down water intake/times in log!
  2. Be able to run 5 miles straight!
  3. Be able to do 10 pull ups (palms facing me)
  4. Be able to do 5 with palms facing away
That is all I have for now...


6:00 - 1 Stacker 3

6:30 - Treadmill: Ran 1 mile, walked .5 miles
I had planned on running 2-2.5 miles, but I guess being sick for a week took a bigger toll on my body than I expected. My endurance is pretty much shot again. I'll keep working on it, though.
16oz H2O

7:30 - 1 scoop pro powder
1t glut
8oz H2O
multi, C, B, Script

~9:00 - 16oz. H2O

10:30 - Protein muffin
I'm an idiot. I forgot to put protein powder in them when I made them. :lmao: They tasted MUCH better this way though! haha

~11:30 - 8oz H2O

~2:00 - 3c mixed baby greens
4oz chicken
8 green olives
2T FF Honey Dijon dressing :p

2:45 - 1/4c FF SF cheesecake pudding
8 blueberries
1/2 T light cool whip
8oz H2O
OH MY GOD! :chomp: :chomp: Best snack ever... now I just have to figure out how to sneak some protein in there, so it can be a meal. lol!

Just throw in some protein powder with the dry pudding mix when you make it - you may need some extra milk, possibly tho......I use unflavored whey when I do this.....

Hey peeps! ;) I am not going to log the today or yesterday because I'm being lazy. lol!! Tomorrow I'm starting a new workout plan (thank you, Shadow!), and I will post some new goals I hope to achieve within the next month.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut..... I went to the gym yesterday and played around quite a bit after doing a light chest workout. I attempted a chin up. Well, first I tried it with my palms facing me, and I did TWO! :elephant: :elephant: Then, I tried again with my palms facing away, and I got one out. I was so excited!!! I even did one with a wide grip, palms facing away. I struggled like crazy to do that one, but I did it! YAY!!!

Welcome back, congrats on the pullup! Glad you're feeling better :)

Nope keep the flavored stuff... I do it too and the possibilities are endless :p ESpecially between the different kinds of SF/FF pudding mixes and different flavors of protein too... YUMMMMY

(Cheesecake pudding, with vanilla protein, and blueberries my favorite :chomp: )

Hmmm.. Right now all we have is chocolate PP... maybe I'll try mixing that with chocolate pudding. :p The vanilla, cheesecake, blueberry concoction sounds yummy!
