Where, oh where, did this month go? It just zipped right by.

New week, new goals!!
6:00 - 1 Stacker 3
6:30 - Treadmill: Ran 1 mile, walked .5 miles
I had planned on running 2-2.5 miles, but I guess being sick for a week took a bigger toll on my body than I expected. My endurance is pretty much shot again. I'll keep working on it, though.

7:30 - 1 scoop pro powder
1t glut
8oz H2O

~9:00 - 16oz. H2O
10:30 - Protein muffin
I'm an idiot. I forgot to put protein powder in them when I made them. They tasted MUCH better this way though! haha
~11:30 - 8oz H2O
~2:00 - 3c mixed baby greens
4oz chicken
8 green olives
2T FF Honey Dijon dressing
2:45 - 1/4c FF SF cheesecake pudding
8 blueberries
1/2 T light cool whip
8oz H2O
OH MY GOD! Best snack ever... now I just have to figure out how to sneak some protein in there, so it can be a meal. lol!

- Be able to run 5 miles straight!
- Be able to do 10 pull ups (palms facing me)
- Be able to do 5 with palms facing away
