Will HGH help with tendon tare

Got my MRI done to see what a hells wrong with my shoulder, got a possible 10% partial thickness tare on the tendon under surface of the rotator cuff.

I've been doing physical therapy and they are pretty much aligning my shoulders and strengthening the rotator cuff muscles. Shoulder started feeling better after 4 weeks of physical therapy, doesnt hurt so much anymore on sudden movements. I went back to the gym and still cant even touch incline.

I was thinking of trying out some GH directly in the shoulder and see if that helps before I do surgery.

GH should help speed up the healing process but i would think you had to go RIGHT into the shoulder.

It will help you heal faster after the surgery, not sure if it is going to heal a torn tendon both partial or fully torn.

DO NOT HAVE SURGERY. Unless that is only option. Try some Cissus and mega dose it for 6weeks. That shit brought my shoulder back 100%.
HGH will help, but it will take months.
Lift light, and try to heal it with out the knife.

usually you wont have surgery unless it is a full tear. I tore my tricep tendon and went thru PT for 8 weeks. They did all they could do. Still have minor pain but I can sure tell IV GH has helped a lot

The surgery they would do is not a big one (arthroscopic I believe), they would just make a small incision and shave the bone a lil bit probably cause it feels like its catching. The tendon never heals from what I understand it just kind of scars away.

I asked my doctor if some HGH would help and all he sad was "its not gonna hurt you"

Whats Cissus?

Most orthopods will normally say that a ligament or tendon that is partially torn will never fully heal without surgery, but I think the other 90% can be strengthened as long it is done so carefully.

I've been dealing with this for 6 months now! Been out of the gym for 5 months! Started doin physical therapy .. 4 weeks in feeling better I got back in the gym yesterday and still same thing.

Tendons and ligaments will slowly heal themselves unless you go under the knife and have them "weld" the pieces back together. Basically healing on their own can go right or wrong. Right clean and back together without scaring or dis figuration. Wrong, not smooth possible rubbing on muscle or bone causing discomfort. If you have lost all this time due to the injury, having surgery will have you back in the gym 2 months later at the most. You will have to work back to what you had slowly but it beats all the missed time.

Im gonna give physical therapy a few more weeks if nothing than Ill do the surgery .. .I just hate being small when the summer rolls around.

i had a shoulder problem for a while and hgh healed it completely ...i didnt lay off my bad shoulder either at all when i was training

Therapy before hand is a good way to a quick recovery. I did that for my knee and recovered 40% quicker then if i went in without doing the therapy. airsmith you might have had a shoulder problem but not necessarily a tare.
