will anpb be a problem on non workout days?

Hey guys, I've been trying to bulk up and recently I took up all natural peanut butter into my diet. However, due to the high amount of calories and fat anpb gives, I'm wondering if it'll be a problem to consume it on days where I don't go to the gym and workout.

If you're bulking, the high calories on non-workout days should not be a problem. So, yes you can consume the ANPB on non-workout days.

The ANPB diet is a cutting diet! Why you would try to use it when bulking, I don't know. I'm assuming that jlauu ment using it only on none lifting days.

Mr. X, would doing this have any benefit?

I think he means just adding ANPB into his bulking diet, not actually doing Mr.X's diet. He's just wondering if it's gonna be bad on non-workout days to eat it, since it's so calorie dense.
