TO SOLVE YOUR SHITTING PROBLEM GO TO WALMART AND BY SOME DAIRY LACTAID TABLETS AND TAKE THEM BEFORE YOU DRINK YOUR SHAKES. YOU SHOULD NOT BE SHITTING ANY MORE.
Actually up until a few years ago I never had a problem with milk or milk products. The last few years though anything I ate with milk and I would get stomach aches. Nowadays though I can eat milk products no problem. It's just shakes that do it. BTW - Desighner Whey is 99% lactose free. It goes through me so quickly because I have a fast digestive system(I take about 2 quality shits a day ) and Desighner is easily digestible protein. Sucks..... Well I will try again tommorow this time taking it with meals and starting with just 1 scoop taken 3 times a day with food. We'll see what happens.
Actually I just remembered one protein that I handled perfectly!!! Perfect RX meal replacement shake from Nature's Best. Plus it tasted really good just in water even. At least the vanilla flavor did. Gotta pick me up some of that. If I remember correctly it had 37 grams of protein per serving plus 24 grams of carbs and a shitload of vitamins and minerals. Good thing I remembered.
Just had a shake about 2 hours ago and no problems.... I took it with food this time. That's what I'll do just take it with food and see how that works for me. Tommorow will be another experiment day. Still though I'll just take 1 scoop for breakfast with food and another scoop post workout with food and 2 scoops before bed. That's still 70 grams of extra protein a day. We'll see what happens tommorow. Still going to purchase Perfect RX though.
