Why home gyms ROCK!!!!!!!

Got all my set up at home in the garage been collecting things for a few years now. This is why they rock:
*Your only a couple of footsteps away from it!
*Train how you want
*No one interfears
*play watever music you want at any vol.
*chuck weight about.
* use chalk
* scream shout!!! (not that I do) Hell you can do watever.

Nice setup. Powertecs cages definitely look the bollocks.

My favorite thing in my home gym are power block dumbells mine go up to 90s bout to upgrade to stage 3 which will make them 140s I got 5lbs-90 in 2n half lb increments I love them.

Nice mate. There definetly the bollocks. Iv got the baby ones , sport 5.0 I think. They go up to 45 or 50 pound. But still definetly the fastest changing dumbells on the market, brilliant set of kit.

I wish I had a home gym... Im VERY loud when im squatting. Scares some guys doin the richard simmons on the other side of the gym lol.

Bottom left pic bud. You can just make them out. There not the top of the range powerblocks. but they do me fine.
What prices are they in the US. Here in uk there really expensive! Mine were £370 and top of the range ones with all three stages round about a £1000!
Another good make that my friend has are ironmaster. These are really robust but found you couldn't change as quick as powerblock.
