Who is getting fuckin shredded this summer?
What bodyfat % are you shooting for?
What type of diet?
If using juicy juice, what kind:p ?


I am aiming for 6% bf this summer using a strict CKD diet. Right now im gonna start the 1/3 diet to get my body ready. I plan on using eq/tren/prop starting june. I cant wait to see what ive built from bulking and to see my abs in full effect.:devil:
 
Just started dieting again. I'm working with SwoleCat and started his diet and training routine Monday. Also natural as well right now.
 
I am going to try...

I am going to attempt Mr.X Extreme Diet. I don't compete or anything but I am going to mess with t3 ( I hope I don't have any problems recovering). After those grueling four weeks, I am going to continue Swole's Diet. His program really works well. But I want to try to loose as much BF as possible in the shortest time. That is why I am going to Attempt the extreme first.

I weigh 5'9 198lbs at 10.5% bf, measured today.
 
getting down to 4-5 %@ 190 or less...diet...300 grams of protein...200 carbs...18.5 grams of fat...2100 cals...I'M FUCKING HUNGRY...and flat as a fucking board right now...Juice...Test,eq and tren
 
I am on Swole's program as well and am already leaning out after about a week and a half. Don't know much about body fat percentages but will stop when I look and feel f-ing ripped. Honestly, I think I can achieve my goals in about eight more weeks. The diet and training program is being noblely assisted by EQ, winstrol, and a low dose of enanthate.

I think it will be a good summer.

I am getting shredded beyond words. As I walk down the street cars will slow down. I will be starting my 500mg/weel EQ 1-10--100mg Winstrol ED 6-10 late may or early june. I start DNP in 2 days and right now I am carb restricting.
 
As of this morning....I went to see my nurse friend at the hospital...and I am at 11% at 6' and 261 lbs....running test and eq currently...5 more weeks of that...and then it's prop and fina.....for the duration of the summer.....hope to drop to 8% by June.....and maintain the rest of the lake season......8% on me really looks like 5-6%.....as I am thick skinned.....and at the gym with calipers it meaures out at 6% or so....anyone else ever run two back to back test cycles.....or anyone else ever run prop and fina all summer......PEACE:p
 
I plan on looking my best ever!

My diet starts in 3 weeks. I will be using Prop, EQ and Winny. U sing a Mr. X style diet plan, but tweaked it somewhat. I'll miss the carbs all week long, but I can hardly wait. Not sure what my BF is right now, but I still can see abs, so its not outta control.
 
Finished a Test/EQ cycle and now time to cut.
I'm at 13-14% hope to be 8% in 2 months.
No juice, using a CKD diet wth weekend carb up.
Cardio 30 minutes AM and 25 rep squats.

hey man i hear ya, i'm taking in 60grams. of carbs a day, and keeping my protein between 250 & 300grams. and the only fats i'm taking in is 1 tbs of peanut butter in the morning. fucking sucks ass :o
 
Ckd w/ fina and prop to get cut.
Then eq/cyp to build through the summer and stay ripped. and of course arimidex.
 
i know its more of a diet question, but...while cutting, can u basically live off of protein drinks and replacements, or is whole food still esential, even if ur getting 300grams a day off of supplements?
 
I am already down from 258lbs to 234lbs, plan on getting to 220 within another 2months or so. I figure at 220lbs i'll be at 5%, but I am 6'3 so that isn't really impressive lol.

First started with straight keto, then ckd, then tkd style. Now I am just maintaining for 2weeks then I will go on ckd or tkd type again. :)

I'm sitting at 187lbs 10% as I type.

Should be down to 180lbs 8% in about 3 weeks.

And then to 175lbs 6% after another 3 weeks.

Normal soccer weight for me.

That would mean losing about 4lbs of lbm. :(

even just using fina alone, your still gonna have to diet and do cardio to get ripped, at least the definition of ripped that i'm talking about, u know under 4% bf, with veins shooting all over your body, looking like garden hoses.

You almost always lose LBM when doing a lot of cardio.

5'10, 215 and about 13%bf right now and dieting but not crazy hardcore. Just a good ratio of proteins, fats and carbs spread over several meals a day and I cheat here and there. I take a thermogenic just on workout days pre-workout. Goals are to get down to 9-10% bf at 200-205 pounds and stay there for summer. :)

Currently on just 1 1/2 cc's(a little over 300mg) of QV enanthate/week along with 2.5mg femera eod and 10mg nolvadex eod.
 
On swole's program. Relatively easy to follow and less restrictive then I would be doing on my own. The man knows his shit so I am following it too a T.
 
i am aiming for 3%bf. Last year i stopped at 4,5%bf, i alsways wondered if i could go deeper than that. Def. want my quads to come out better than last year. My upper body was shredded, but my legs where behind the rest of my body, not showing deep striations.

Currently on T3 so eating 575gr of protein/day.

Current stats: 115kg/190cm/12%
254lbs/6ft4/12%


I just ended the first week, have 11 more to go. will be using tren/eq/prop.

Dammnn 3%, what kind kind of diet did u use to get to 4%?
Also did you lose a lot of muscle mass?
 
I have always heard it is not very safe to go down to 3%. I am 7%bf and I cannot possible conceive going lower than that. I mean, my diet is already boring and unforgiving the way it is....
 
I am on my way. Tryin to do a CKD diet to get down to at least 7%, i will be happy with 8% but NO more!!
