Whole, 2% or skim milk?

Yeah, same issue. I used to drink 1%, but then switched to Skim. Had 1% one time after and even that felt so thick because Skim is a lot more condensed. Couldn't imagine drinking Whole Milk. I used to drink it as a kid all the time though.

Exactly bro, and i find it its easiest to digest and drink.......especially in the protein shakes
 
2% usually bulking or cutting...occasionally some skim...i lose lean mass if i cut milk out of my diet with no effect on bf
 
Something tells me a little milk fat is beneficial. I vary the type of milk, depending on whether I want to drink a lot of calories or not. I'll stick w/ 1% when cutting, even though it's a little higher calorie than skim b/c I want the little bit of extra fat. As long as total calories are in check, no worries.
