Ok I know it's a good idea to swith up your workouts every now and than, but i was curious what if you swithced up every week. Not swithch up days or what bodyparts you train together on that day but rather just swich to different exercises every week.For example I do chest on Mon so if I did Bench Incline Bench and Dumbell presses, This week I might do Bench, Decline Bench and Incline dumbell press. Have any of you done this or know someone that does and if so how'd it workout?Thanks Bros
