For me this is a no brainer. My ideal body without worrying about diet. My penis is already big enough and I think fifteen inches would hurt you more than help you in many cases, I know plenty of women who have turned down sex with a guy because he was "too big", they weren't into pain. Plus, by not having to worry about diet I would cut my food in half and eliminate most of my supplements easily saving $350.00+ dollars a month.
 
For the self employed, a nice physique turns off a lot of prospective clients. Jealosy or something. I'd take a good physique and 15" if it worked very well.
