Which MRP is good? Need MRP recipe ideas too

Sometimes I wake up a bit too late in the morning to eat a proper breakfast. Right now I usually just throw a packet of Met-rx in the blender. Which MRP would you recommend? I usually don't drink these stuff, it's just whenever I'm in a rush.

Also, I need recipe ideas for a MRP shake around 400 calories, something that takes time to digest and last for at least 4 to 5 hours. I usually just throw in a banana, optimum nutrition whey, and instant oatmeal.

If you aren't cutting:

20g micellar casein
20g milk protein isolate
10g whole egg protein
1-2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1/2-1 banana
If you need a bit thicker, throw in a couple of grams of fat free/sugar free jello pudding powder

Mrp i liked for feeling fuller for longer was reflex's instant mass. I doubt any shake you consume will last 4 or 5 hours. I find shakes to last around 2 hours before im ready for some real food.

I like either Lean Mass from Labrada's and Myoplex from EAS. Sometimes i'll thrown in extra stuff like oatmeal, banana, peanut butter or whole milk instead of water if looking for extra cals.

I'm thinking:

1.5 scoop Optimum whey for protein
1 whole raw egg for fat and protein
1 banana for low glycemic index carbs and 3g of fiber

Nutritional info:
kcal = 360
protein = 44
carbs = 27
fat = 7
fiber = 3

I haven't tried it yet. Seems kinda nasty with raw egg. Any suggestions what to replace the egg with? The egg provides a bit of necessary fat as well as slower absorbing protein than whey (?). It looks like a good breakfast shake though to hold me over from 8am to noon.

the whey isn't going to last digestion wise, absorption wise, or fullness wise. You should avoid making an MRP with whey... You could use it as part of a blend though.

Rawe eggs aren't good for protein or nutrients, they have to be cooked... On the other hand you can use liquid egg whites for this purpose.

Did you read my first post? The casein/milk/egg blend is exactly what's in most premade MRP's... And Casein is almost always the big protein ingredient.

Milk protein isolate has the fats and lactose removed, so you are okay there. Casein has a very small amount of lactose, which shouldn't bother the lactose inteolerant at all.

Without knowing the persons activity level or even bodyweight that is alot of calories potentially. Pudding makes it thicker but also leads to bloating as it continues to expand in the stomach.

I am not a fan of micellar casein overall. I think its overrated. Multiblends are nice overall.

I use the blend from my sponsor LG Sciences. I take 4 tablespoons of almond butter as well. Done.

I dont like combining carbs and fats unless I know more about a client.

I'll probably go with:

1 scoop whey 30g
1 scoop casein 30g
1 banana

Total calories around 340 calories with 48g protein.
