Hey y'all I need HELP! Is it worse to not get in enough calories when bulking/gaining or to eat food thats not very clean? I have been eating 6 meals a day and the food has been fairly clean, but there are only so many calories in egg whites, chicken breast or protein bar. I even eat pasta to try to get in some calories but it fills me up quick. another one of my big problems is that I don't eat red meat so thats outta the question. So my question is....Is it okay to eat not as clean just for the sake of consuming more calories. And do you all know of any supplement that will increase my appetite (other than marijuana, hehe). Thanks!
