I used to have the same problem. I would wake up several times throughout the night to piss. Now, I barely drink any water within an hour of going to bed (maybe a few sips if my mouth is dry) and I only wake up once during the night.
If you train close to bedtime, I'm thinking that would also contribute to the problem, in which case you might want to try and train an hour or two earlier, if possible.
