Where to get the healthy fats

so theres no such thing as essential saturated fats? :)
should i avoid cheeze all together? i was looking at the cdk "menu" andit has bacon and stuff like that on there, when im done bulking and start a diet soon should cheeze be something to avoid? thanks
 
Saturated fats you get enough of without supplementing. IMO since your body can make that on its own you can keep it low or eliminate it. You will want to order stuff like flax or udo's in store because it needs to stay refrigerated and the UPS ride will make it nasty.

or pretty much at any natural food store. Everyone has mention the best fat sources already. Just get a number of these sources and use them at different times in the day for different meals. (certain oils on certain things). Variety is good and so is balance.
