Where to get the healthy fats

As I've heard, the flaxseed oil that the health stores carry do not have a fat that is in Udo's Oil (omega-3 or 5 as i know). Except online, I have not seen any stores carry the Udo brand. Is there any stores that anyone knows that carry Udo's , or the same oil with all the necessary fats?
 
There isnt anything magic about "ratios" of good fats. As Nelson points out frequently Saturated fat even has some benifits.

Flax-Seed
Hemp
Olive

are all good.
 
In terms of oils...I normally consume 1tbsp of flax mid morning, 6g CLA early afternoon and 8g fish oil/2 gram GLA at bedtime
 
Extra virgin coconut oil is an excellent (and extremely healthy) source of saturated fat. And it tastes sooooo good.

As for UDO's - it can generally be found in most nutrition stores.
 
fish oil, flax seed oil, canola oil and walnut oil for omega 3s

olive oil for mono-unsaturated FAs

all nuts
salmon and sardines
flax seeds
and a bit of saturated FAs (like in meat)
 
fish body oil. You can buy this in caps or straight.

It's in fish like Tuna (duh) but it probably most abundant in sushi because the cooking hasn't drained it off.
