What is the name of your gym? What is it equipped with? How long does it take to get there? I am curious: I will start off:

I train at Gold's Gym in Oklahoma City

it is equipped with:

- All of the iron you can tolerate (tons of olympic bars and up to 45lb plates...no greater)
- dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 140lbs
- 4 Hip sleds
- 1 vertical leg press
- 1 smith machine
- 1 hack sled
- 3 power racks
- 1 cable cross-over station (with pressdowns and pull-down)
- 1 pull-down/seated row station
- 2 T-bar Row stations
- all hammer strength equipment (excluding curls, decline, and squat)
- 3 incline benches
- 3 flat bench presses
- 3 regular flat benches without uprights
- 4 adjustable incline benches
- 1 decline bench
- 1 parallel dip/chin station
- craploads of other machines/cardiovascular equipment

Overall, tons of equipment!!:)

It takes me 5 minutes to get there.

I train in my garage. I have the following:

Small Power rack
Olympic Bar
2" thick bar
2" thick dbells
lots of plates
2 sets of adjustable dbells (plate loaded)
jumpstretch bands
2, 55 gallon steel drums (squat rack)
box to squat on
farmers walk
sled
600 and 1,000 pound tires
super yoke
185 and 320 atlas stone
several hussefel stones
lat pull down attachment
...few other odds and ends too...getting a conan's wheel/viking press this week.

- 3 pull-down/seated row station
- 2 T-bar Row stations
- hammer strength equipment
- 2 incline benches
- 3 flat bench presses

- 6 bikes
-4 rowers
-5-6 20 lbs bars (hardcore!!!)

... and I take 5-10 minutes to get there

this place called 'super fitness' in my town. opened up about 3 years ago.

dbs ranging from 5 - 125
3 flat benches, 1 incline, 1 decline
smith machine
3 power racks
4 leg presses, all different styles
probably 8 olympic barbells
a crapload of hammer strength stuff
3 crossover stations, 2 with pulldowns, 1 with seated row, 1 with dips
another dip station
like 20 treadmills, a few bikes, and like 6 other cardio machines
a big wooden area for deads. my fave place in the whole gym.
mirrors all over the place

im actually seriously thinking of building a gym in my garage. ive done the calculations (ballparking prices), and it comes to around $700-$1000. i would like to have ... a bench, adjustable to incline and decline positions, dumbbells from 15-100+ pounds, olympic bar with a ton of plates. and i could probably build a dip station, pullup station, and squat rack. any other suggestions?
