I've been working my chest really hard lately trying to make some good gains. I remember a few years ago seeing a chart that shows how your reps should decrease as your weight increases. For instance, right now i'm doin 275 for 8, and i did 260 for 10... so i wanted to see what the chart would show my max to be. Lemme know if you know where i can find one of those charts.
