before and right after practice?
Im trying to cut yet gain muscle but its basketball season for me so mostly all I will be doing is going to basketball practices everyday and some lifting afterwards for endurance and then maybe go heavy on the weekends upper and lower body... other then that Im really not gaining muscle here just trying to lose as much fat yet if not gain muscle at least keep what I have
so should I take it before and right after practice with some protein or just in the morning...
