For example, I just had 2 chicken breasts and a potatoe for dinner and its less than 1 hour later and IM STARVING. And now for the rest of the evening I can't have any carbs!! For the most part I try to separate carbs and fats, when I do this I'm hungry constantly so I eat all the time and I end up gaining weight... What is some shit that really fills you up thats ok to eat at night? I would say at any point in the day, I can't go more than 2 hours after a meal without being hungry. The only shit that seems to fill me up is if I go to BK and supersize a double wopper or eat a pizza. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated
