I want to start to incorporate upright rows into my routine. I have not done them in a while. My question is when do you guys think I should do them, back or shoulder day. I used to do them on back day but that was when my I had 2 days between back and shoulders. In my current routine I shoulders on monday and back on tuesday. Should I just not do them at all since I might cause me to overtrain.?I don't plan to do them every week either. Maybe every other week. What do you guys think?
