When should I do upright rows

I want to start to incorporate upright rows into my routine. I have not done them in a while. My question is when do you guys think I should do them, back or shoulder day. I used to do them on back day but that was when my I had 2 days between back and shoulders. In my current routine I shoulders on monday and back on tuesday. Should I just not do them at all since I might cause me to overtrain.?I don't plan to do them every week either. Maybe every other week. What do you guys think?
 
do them on your shoulders day. they seem to hit my medial delts the hardest, at least that's what is the sorest the day after. nothing else has gotten the middle part of the delt as sore as upright rows. they do hit your traps a bit as well, but no so much as shrugs or deads. i wouldn't worry about overtraining anything when doing them the day before back day.
 
I do delts and traps on the same day...... so uprights are not a problem for me.

(I do the rest of my back on a different day)
