since i powerlift i dont do a lot of bicep work..... mainly stay light and do a lot of reps just to still stimulate them without taking away from overall strength.
like for example here is a typical friday night workout. 12oz x 10-12 reps. i usually do about 1-3 sets unless im in different bar ....opps i mean gym.......

i do a lot of hammer and reverse....... the tire kills my biceps so i dont have to hit a lot of actuall curls.
