Click to expand... straight up, i don't like the crossing thing, i have 21 inch arms but they're nothing to brag about, they look small on my body...lol

W WarriorPL High End Bro Platinum Jun 13, 2003 #9 Most i've ever worked up to are 6 reps of 55s standing, 8 reps of 45s seated. I'm not a fan of dumbells really... i just use cable and barbell.
