I can only do 1.4 miles and i have to stop since i'm out of shape and i get real exhuasted afterwards. I tried doing it everyday but i notice it works better for me EOD otherwise i get worse now I want to get better as soon as possible so do you think might be good idea on my jogging days to do it twice the same day like morning and at night time ? will that improve my cardio alot quicker?so far i can't get pass 1.4 miles
and takes me 13 minutes to do it it really sucks
