I only perform one type at the moment, the standard ATF back squat. It would have to be my favourite because its the one exercise I really don't enjoy, and have constant battles with myself to improve upon.
When I tried Zerches I ended up with blood blisters the crook of my arms. Ouch. I liked the feel of them, that aside. If I do them in the future, I'll use a towel to protect my skin.
