Whats the best advice?

Hello guys, So I'm sixteen years old and I have been lifting weights since I was 12. However, when I was 12 till 14 I use to lift wrong and it wasn't extremely intense training. Since I was 14 and half till this day I have been training hardcore.
Obviously I gained some muscle and all but I need more. Way more.
My diet is good, I try to eat as clean as possible. However, I don't count my calories because I dont know how. I just approximate using some online calculator.
I do change my workout routine every once in a while. I usually train 5 days a week. Now I train 3 times since I have got my final exams.

My goal is to lose some fat on my decline chest, its extremely frustrating and some on my abdominal region. At the moment i'm on 16-17% fat. Once I achieved 12% However, I felt extremely tired and barely had any energy to workout. Since at that time I cut so much on my caloric intake. What is the best thing to do from this point? Im looking for a zyzz, lazar angloev, rob riches, kinda look. I know maybe all of them are on roids but even a body like christian guzman fitness would be more than enough!

I was thinking would taking creatine, would it help? My close friend was about to take steroids. He bought the roids. However, never used them and gave them to me. I honestly didn't take one. The ones he gave me are "stanazolol" "primobolan" and "clenbuterol". I read about them and primo and stanazolol are quite strong. But clen didn't seem as strong as the others. So would it be a good idea to take creatine and clen? or one of them or none?

Hi mate

Thanks for visiting this forum. You know what we're all likely to say before we say it...

Don't touch the gear. The Stanozalol is commonly known as Winstrol, it is very anabolic but lend more to strength gains rather than muscle. Primobolan is another that won't bring you gains like you want either and has to be used for months and is usually stacked with varying injectables and so on. Clenbuterol is basically a respiratory medicine that asthmatics and emphasemic need, and it won't build muscle but will actually do the opposite: burn fat by elevating your adrenalin response. It will turn you into a nervous wreck if you don't know what you're doing and can and does lead to heart complications if not used wisely.

Basically, the stuff you have isn't going to give you what you want even if you were old enought to use steroids. As it is you are 16 and it's about now when the real natural changes in your gains and physique will occur. You need to train intensely on a high intensity low volume set-up, and continue eating good and enough. Over the next few years - if you train, eat, and rest properly - you'll experience a huge change to your physique and muscularity.

Basically, the fat you have on your chest is "puppy fat" and this will gradually fade away before you're 20 at most.

I'm sure other guys will have more concise information for you, but for now don't touch those things and give them to someone else or chuck them away. Creatine and testosterone boosting products (proven ones) is what you need at the moment and will bring you better, permanent, and safer gains than playing with stuff that will lead to harm. Read up on nutrition and about macronutrients, micronutrients, metabolism, and diet. Then put yourself a plan together with a six month goal.

I don't agree with you taking anything at the current time.
If you are not doing cardio, then start, if you are then increase it.
Learn more about nutrition. You will have more energy and get the results you are looking for with better nutrition and cardio.

This. You are 16 bro. Creatine maybe....no test booster needed-you have plenty....IMO get a multi-animal pak is way overpriced. You should post your diet and training regimen up and you will get all the help you need. Hope this helps
 
Creatine and multi vitamin. Stop eating all processed foods. They make u tired and constipated. Eat fresh foods that u make yourself. Nothing microwaved except microwave vegtables that you steam in the bag and no ready to eat meals. If you need quick energy before gym eat a sweet potato or plain baked potato 1 hour before working out. Eat lots of protein. Clean protein from fresh beef, chicken, and fish. Start eating 5-6 small meals to jumpstart the metabolism. It works wonders.

I have got no strict diet thats the problem. I just try to keep my food as clean as possible. Since I dont know when to eat what and the amounts.
