Hi!

I was on a relationship for 3 years, broke up a year ago. When i'm on a relationship i just cant seem to keep myself fit. Anyway, i got fat and have been losing weight and working out for 6 months. Im doing ok now but, for the first time, i'm aiming at the 10% bodyfat percentage, which i've never been at.

I have this picture, which has around 5 years, before i got into my last relationship. I am thinner and in more shape than i am today, that's why i'd like to know what bodyfat percentage i had on this picture, because i want to go past that shape and get even better this time.

I cant quite tell what's my bodyfat percentage but im guessing it was around 16%?

Btw, i'm flexing my abs on that picture.

Let's say that's 13%. Then, what numbers would i have to reach to see lower abs? if i have lower abs of course... because i never saw them.

I'm guessing its even lower than 10%. Maybe 8%?

I'd put you at 12% to 13%.

To get your lower abs showing it's as much genetics as diet/exercise.
Some people - myself included - have a good set of abs on a cut but it's a plain 4-6 pack. My genetics prevent me from ever showing my lower abs because the muscle that surround them (lower two) is too large and hides them.

Providing you're unlike poor me, you'll need to get at or below 8% - I reckon - to get those babies uncovered. Like anything else though, we're all different, and some blokes can develop and exhibit theirs with higher bodyfat than 8%. Others, however, need to have an overall bodyfat % of 5% or 6%.

You're very lean in the picture and it's likely it wouldn't take too much work to find out either way.

Good luck.
